As a legal assistant at Gort Law, P.A., I bring a strong background in client communication, process management, and legal procedures. With experience in time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving, I ensure that clients receive the support they need throughout their legal journey. Although I’ve been with the firm for less than a year, I’ve enjoyed learning from Atty. Mike, especially in the areas of bankruptcy law and his other practice areas.
My passion for client satisfaction stems from my previous experience as a trainer in the customer service industry, where I developed a keen focus on perfecting processes and ensuring continuous improvement. As I transition into the role of Client Experience Manager, I am excited to bring this expertise to help guide clients through difficult financial times, making their experience as smooth and supportive as possible.
In my free time, I enjoy training individuals who want to transition into remote work as virtual assistants. I also spend most of my time with my group of friends in recovery, where I help organize plans, events, and impromptu get-togethers.
